reciting the will of Mary Baynes, Bedford, widow, decd.,dated 29 June 1730, by which she left to (1) estates in Stagsden and Bedford on various trusts, and reciting that deficiency in personal estate of the testator made it necessary for the house in Bedford to be sold, and that (2) had agreed to buy the house in Potter St. for £150, but until the conveyance can be made it, it has been agreed that (2) should have a mortgage on premises for security
