    1) John Cokayne of Cokayne Hatley, esq. 2) Margaret Cokayne of Cokayne Hately, widow mother of 1). Recites: 2) at the request of 1) has departed with her estate of certain lands in Wrestlingworth lymitted to her in jointure for her life unto Sr George Downing knight and has surrendered other lands in Cokayne Hatley & Potton being the residue of her jointure lands to the said John Cokayne to enable him to make a common recovery. Agreed that 1) should reconvey to 2) for 100 years. - All that messuage and farm called Hill farm in Cockayne Hatley. - 4 closes of pasture seven score and thirty acres of meadow and twenty acres of arable land to the said farm belonging. Now or late in the occupation of John Manton. - Messuage and two closes of pasture known as three score acres in Cockayne Hatley now in the occupation of Margaret Cockayne. - Messuage and three closes of pasture containing 30 acres in Cockayne Hatley now or late in the occupation of Elizabeth Onion, widow. - Close of pasture in Cockayne Hatley containing six acres now or late in the occupation of Barnard Webb. - 80 acres of arable land called Lullysland, - forty acres of arable land called Simprotts [?], - new inclosurecalle fifty acres, - five acres of tithe free land lying at the claypitts.
