'Calling to mind certainty of death, etc...commit soul to Almighty God....forgiveness of all my sins'.
To Sarah (executrix) pightle and premises in Hockliffe, in parish of Chalgravel, lands and premises, ley, sward and arable freehold and leasehold in common fields, etc. of Tebworth and Wingfield, Chalgrave and residue if she remains unmarried. Should she
marry again she shall have only the rents of land and premises and interest on sale of chattles, etc. which shall be divided equally between daughters, Sarah, wife of Thomas Skikelthorpe and Joyce, wife of Thomas Comberland and their heirs.
To cousin William Smith, one shilling.

Codicil: To grand daughters Sarah Skiklethorpe and Joyce Comberland, monetary bequests.
