    - - 'One parcell of several grounds commonly called Faldoe Common being pasture containing by estimation six and twenty acres, one rood and thirty poles lying between Pulloxhill Common on the North therof and Barton Wood on the South.' - - Cons Closes, 7 acres 12 poles. - - Longland Close, 16 acres 1 rood 19 poles. (except one parcel of 1/2 acre.) - - All in Higham Gobion and now or late part of the demesne of the Manor of Northey and Faldoe. Recites agreement between (1), Nicholas Crowch of Barton, Gent. and (2) and other purchasers of land belonging to Manor of Northey & Faldoe to allow pasturage and common for all cattle, for them, their farmers, tenants, servants. cattle, carts and carriages in the St Margaret's Lane and in all other waste ways, together with access to them. Abutts : Longland Close, Great Stocking, Woodmarsh field, little Stocking. Witnesses : Robert Ridge, John Crowch (?), Thomas Waklen, Nicholas Crowche.
