    recites that William Boteler has settled lands on them; Thomas Farrer now covenants as follows:- -- a capital messuage with brewhouse, dovehouse, curtilage, in Harrold, occupied by James Low; a messuage and closes called Santons or Stantons (90 acres), occupied by William Petit and George Wells; a messuage and closes (Priest close, White pightle, Claybrooks, Arrundell close, Bullocks close, Mumbles), and 120 acres arable, occupied by John Ball; a farm and New close (2 acres), 4 acres meadow, 100 acres arable, 1 ley ground, occupied by John Henshman; a cottage, homestall, close (2 acres), 3 acres arable, occupied by Lambert Fennell; 3 acres arable occupied by Robert Fayry; a messuage occupied by John Quince; all the above in Harrold; a messuage and malthouse, 80 acres arable and pasture, in Wilstead, occupied by John Dunham; a messuage and closes called Huntry Fields, 70 acres, in Cardington, occupied by Henry Lyon; moiety of a messuage and pasture called the Orchard House near Blackwall, Stepney, occupied by Anne Webber; to the use of Thomas & Helen Farrer for their lives; then to William Farrer and his heirs; witnesses: Jon.
