Rogers' cottage £2 Rufford's cottage £3 ------ Total £100 part of the jointure lands of Dame Alice, being the lands appointed for payment of £100 p.a.; recites indenture 21 Feb. 1705, and recites that Oliver Nicholas was indebted to Sir Phillip Monoux for £672, and had agreed to convey to him the mansion house in Wootton where Sir Phillip lived and other lands to value of £100 p.a. no witnesses - executed by (i) only.
