- Scope and Content-- a close or pasture called Shepehouse pasture or Sprites pasture and a meadow adjoining (together 25acres) in tenancy or occupation of George Bury and 'on' John Welles; -- 'all that severall' closes of pasture and meadow (5acres) now in tenancy or occupation of Thomas Pun and assignees. And the reversions and remainders thereof and all the estate right title etc. of (i) therein; To be held of the chief Lord or Lords of the fee or fees thereof by the rents and services thereof heretofore first due and of right accustomed. COVENANT Thomas Hillersdon for self and heirs and assignees to (ii), heirs and assignees for peaceful possession without any 'lett' etc. of Thomas heirs or assignees or any person lawfully claiming under them.
