EXCEPT and reserved to (i), his heirs and assignees: All timber trees etc. and old stems of bushes now or in future being on any part of said premises, other than what is hereafter mentioned to be allowed to (ii) and assigns, with full liberty of ingress, egress and regress with servants and workmen, carts and horses, to lop top cut plash dig up and carry away the same at all seasonable times, and also to set down dead hedges to preserve the quick hedges so cut, and liberty to carry the dead hedges, and also a way for horses and carts from the cart gate in the close called Plowed Stockings through Great and Long Stockings Closs into the close called Astwood Corner and back again at will.
