    Recites: Indenture of Exchange of even date (ii) to (i), his heirs and assignees forever, for £2 by way of exchange - - 5 ridges or buttes of arable with appurtanences in Wroxhill Field parish of Marston: 3 on Stonney Furlong shooting towards a close of William Wheeler south east, Robert Basterfield south west, Richard Singer north east., 2 on Wroxhill hill furlong on Richard Singer south east (together by measure 3 roods 2 poles); - - 2 headlands of arable with appurtanances in Wroxhill Field, one at upper end of Lampbutte Furlong, the other at the nether end. - - a ridge or goor of arable in same field. (by estimation 3 poles) next Broadstreet way north, pointing upon the same way east, and abutting on the Joynt west and on Nicholas Price to south - - a hedge and ditch to the same goor belonging, i. e. from said joynt along by Broadstreetway Eastward; The 2 headlands and the goor containing by measurement 2 roods 12 poles; and all the estate, right, title etc. etc. of Richard Singer therein. COVENANTS to Warrantly and to peaceful possession free of all incumbrances, rents and services to the Chief Lord or Lords of the premises excepted; also for such further assurance of the premises to (ii) within the space of the ensuing 10 years, at the charge of (ii), as his Counsel learned in the law may reasonably require Witnesses: Frances Erdcott, Roger Pearse, Jho.Pearse.
