    - - Parcels of arable with appurtanences (by est.imate 18 acres) 'devidably and dispersedlye' lying within common fields and bounds of Wooton and Marston, lately purchased by (i) to them and their heirs of Thomas Cowley of Wooton, yeoman and specified in terrier annexed, with all trees, hedges, etc. etc. belonging thereto, with reversions and remainders and all writings and evidences etc. concerning only the said premisae or part thereof, and copies of all other deeds etc. belonging to the premises or part thereof to be copied at cost of (ii) his assigns or heirs. To be held of the chief lord of the fee or fees by the rents and services thereof to become due and of right accustomed. COVENANT by (i), each severally, as to their ownership in fee simple and full power to convey the premises to (ii) his heirs and assignees for ever, without any condition 'or other limitation to alter change or determine the same' to any other person or persons. ALSO for peaceful possession by (ii) his heirs and assignees without lett etc. or encumbrance of (i) their heirs, executors, administrators or assignees or any other person having or lawfully claiming any interest by or under any of them or any of their titles; and for ever discharged by (i) their heirs and assignees of all manner of former and other troubles and encumbrances heretofore or hereafter committed or suffered by (i) or any other person having or claiming any estate under (i) or their titles; The rents and services due to the chief lord or lords of the fee or fees only excepted and forprized. ALSO by (i) their heirs, executors, administrators or assignees serverally and respectively that (i) and their wives their heirs and assignees and any other persons any lawful title claiming from the said premises or any part thereof with appurtanences Upon the reasonable request and at the charge in law of (ii) his heirs and assignees shall do or cause to be done to (ii) his heirs and assignees all such further reasonable assurance of the same during the ten years next ensuing the date hereof as (ii) or his Counsel learned in the law may reasonably require, whether by fine feoffment deed etc. or any lawful and reasonable means PROVIDED THAT none of the parties be compelled to travel further than to the town of Bedford or the cities of London or Westminster.
