To younger son, William, his estate leased by Mr. Osman, his mother to enjoy her life in it, & in event of his death before he is 21, to his sisters as tenants in common. To daughter Sarah, Well Farm in occupation of Robert Sear of Dagnell. To daughter Mary, his farm at Clements End in occupation of Daniel Brown; a house at Studham, late Towers's in occupation of Benjamin Munn of Studham; Demersa Closes & other lands in Flamstead & Caddington in occupation of Robert. Byrchmore, Mrs. Murtyn, Mr. Whitfield; the 2 Buckwood Closes in his own hands; & his little farm at Hog Lane in occupation of Henry Geary, charged with annuity of £10 to her Aunt Mead.
