arable land called 'Little Dearmas' [ theretofore described as 1 1/2A ] in Parish or Hamlet of Harpenden, Herts. Theretofore in occupance of Joseph Foster, afterwards of Widow Foster & since of William How near or adj to pt of an Orchard belonging to a
messuage then divided into 2 cottages also then late in occupance of Joseph Foster, afterwards of Widow Foster then of Thomas Brum (?Bunn) AND 4 messuages, cottages or tenements then lately erected & built upon ground above by Thomas Brum [Bunn?]
formerly were in tenures of John Henson, George Dearman, Thomas Wrote, John Storking & William Hunt then or late in occupance of Thomas Brum (?
