John Crichton Stuart, Marquis of Bute & Earl of Dumfries, Rt Hon Maria, Marchioness of Bute & Countess of Dumfries. 3) Rliz Burr of Luton, widow, Thomas Burr of Dunstable, Common Brewer, (devisees in trust of William Burr, late of luton Common Brewer). 4) Fred Burr of Luton, Common Brewer, eldest son & heir at law of William Burr above. recites:- Marriage Settlement (by lease & Release) 1) John Crichton- Stuart Marquis of Bute etc, marrying party. 2) Rt Hon Lady Maria North, (now Maria Marchioness of Bute) marrying party. 3) Rt Hon Sir Charles Stuart, Rev.
