Recites William and James died intestate. Recites Enclosure Commissioners awarded to M. Foster parcel of 11/2 acres (& 28 poles) in lieu of acre of meadow (below). Recital of agreement by all parties of (i) to divide property between themselves. Richardson & wife to have messuage, cottage, tenement & pasture in lieu of moiety; Milton & wife to have 1 acre 2 r 28p in lieu of moiety. Richardson & wife to pay Milton & wife £25 for equality of exchange.) -- messuage & orchard adjoining in Over Caldcott occupied by Thomas Woodward then Isaac Wagstaffe and Geo. Crosely. (Tenant for life M. Foster.) -- 1a. 2r. 28p. awarded to M. Foster for life (above), held by E. Milton.
