(Recitsal of Mortgage and Convenant to Levy a Fine of 13 & 14 March, 1766 btwn. (ii) & John Endersby deceased £100. - - Nun Acre Close in Southill abutting west the highway then leading from Shefford to Potton, occupied by Samuel Clearson, then Robert Henly Ongley Esq. Recites at time of last recital (ii) only had close near Cross off Hand in Little Broom, parish of Southill, occ. R.H.Ongley. Recites long before 1766 Nun Acre was sold to Thomas Wells. Not held by Ongley. Description in mortgage a mistake. Close should have been described as lying near Cross off hand in Little Broom, occupied by R.H.Ongley. Recites 19 July 1768 (ii) paid to J. Endersby deceased £111-5s.) - - Close nr. Cross off hand in Little Broom, parish of Southill, occupied by Mary Collop, widow, then R.H. Ongley Esq., then Alice Saby, widow. Witnessed.: Joseph Cole, Jeremy Fish Palmer.
