ii) Thomas Smith, Robert Warner, James Backhouse, trustees of Catherine Rands (Thomas Skevington is now deceased), Jeffery Fisher recites: V41 bequest 10; 42 children of Susannah Kifford predeceased Catherine Rands, but her son Henry Kifford made will and appointed his son Henry executor who died in 1734 leaving only son Henry (see i). Henry Kifford deceased made will and appointed wife Elizabeth executrix who later married John Liverseege, 6 or 7 years ago this Elizabeth died, i) each claim right to the share of Henry Kifford deceased in the legacy. Acknowledge receipt of £18..4..0 of Jeffery Fisher who now lives at Maulden, Beds witnesses: Francis Mason, Henry Horton
