    i) Barton Banks of Fen Ditton, Cambs., carpenter and wife Mary; John George of Great Shelford, Cambs, barber; John Mulliner of Town of Cambridge, barber and wife Mary; Samuel Blacktop of Whaddon, Cambs., carpenter; Caleb Blacktop of Great Eversden, Cambs, carpenter; Benjamin Pryor of Halton, Cambs, labourer and wife Susannah; Joshua Blacktop of Grantchester, Cambs., carpenter; Thomas Thurley of Halton, Cambs., labourer and wife Elizabeth; Henry Blacktop of Great Eversden, Cambs., carpenter. ii) Thomas Smith, Robert Warner, James Backhouse, trustees of Catherine Rands (Thomas Skevington is now deceased), Jeffery Fisher recites: V41 bequest 10; 42 Susannah Kifford had 4 children: John, Henry, Mary and Elizabeth all died intestate many years before Catherine Rands - Henry died a bachelor. - John left one son who also died before Catherine Rands and left issue only Henry Kifford of Trumpington, Cambs., now aged 19; said John also left one daughter Mary, married John Allen, both dead intestate leaving one child Robert Allen aged 15. - Mary married Robert George both died intestate nearly 40 years ago leaving issue Susannah, John and Mary George. Susannah married John Cook, both died 20 yeas ago, leaving one daughter Mary Banks. John George died 17 years ago leaving one son, John George and one daughter Ann died spinster intestate. Mary George is now wife of John Mulliner. - Elizabeth Kifford married Samuel Blacktop aforesaid both dead, leaving issue: Samuel, Caleb, Susannah Pryor, Joshua, Elizabeth Thurley, and Henry who is executor of his father's will. i) together with Henry Kifford the infant and Robert Allen are the only legal representatives of the said 4 children of Susannah Kifford and are entitled to receive the said legacy; £36..8, part of the £200 to be left in the hands of trustees as the share of Henry Kifford and Robert Allen i) acknowledge receipt of £163..12..0 and acquit ii) of all claims. witnesses: Henry Horton, Griffeth Morgan.
