    - - to son William Barber estate in parish of Hawnes, Wilhamstead, and Cardington & £2000 - - to son John Barber silver tankard and residue of estate elsewhere subject to annuity to wife Elizabeth of £80 who can reside rent free in farmhouse at Broom or in house at Biggleswade formerly occupied by Richard Hyde, then John Carrington, bricklayer and Marmaduke Cartwright. - - to w. Eliz. as in AD2923 - - to executor Bartholomew Best 5 guineas. - - also to son John Barber personal estate & £2000 in trust to be invested. Dividends to daughter Eliz. Barber whilst she is unmarried or if she marries either George William Monk of Holme, farmer or John Dix of Hertford, Surgeon & Apothecary. If she marries any one else, or if either Monk or Dix die as her husband, investments to be transfered to her. Provisions for children if she dies etc. If she dies childless, £2000 to be shared between John & William Barber. Executrix: wife Elizabeth Executors: son John Barber & Bartholomew Best.
