Scope and Content
The records contained in this series represent an appraised selection of a large corpus of 20th century financial records of the EC and its predecessors looked at in September 1994. The records selected were chosen primarily for their informational value, the evidential value being deemed generally insufficent to warrant permanent retention, except for an element of sample representation.
