Annual report. Mixed School: allowance made for epidemic last year, so merit grant awarded. Elementary work shows little improvement, except in 1st Standard, nor is discipline quite so good as I should wish to see it. Needlwork fairly well done. Miss Williams’ certificate recommended with hesitation. Infants class taught with creditable success. Work is properly varied and nicely done. K Whiteman continues.
