    Grant by (i) to (ii): --- messuage in Chilton which she had by the feoffment of Paulin son and heir of John Peyvre. --- lands and tenements which she purchased from Geoffrey son and heir of Ralph le Newman in Esington. --- 1 acre in Easington field, whereof ½ acre in Souuthermedoe Furlong between William Colroun and Agnes Boueton; 1 rood in Brocforlond between Henry Bilindon and William Jue; 1 rood on Cattisbrayn between Lettice le Shepherde and Richard Colbrown. --- reversion of lands and tenements which Alice widow of Ralph le Neuman holds in dower for life. To be held by (ii) and heirs lawfully begotten, by the services due to the chief lords. If (ii) die without heirs, reversion to Dionysia le Bruyn for her life, and at her death remainder to Nicholaa sister of (i) and heirs. Witnesses: Henry fil. John, John de Adyngrave, John fil.
