Parties:
(i) William Browne of Bedford, fellmonger and Susan, his wife;

Reciting:
- covenant in a feoffment of 28 Sep 1658 between (1) (i) and (2) (ii) by the name of Simon Becket the elder, brewer;
- covenant in a feoffment of 16 Dec 1658 between (1) (i) and (2) (iii)
Operative Part
- (i) covenanted that they, at the cost of (ii)-(iii) would before "ye Three Weeke of Easter" levy a fine sur conizance de droit come ceo etc.
