    Counterpart Parties: (i) William Mitchelson of the Tower of London, yeoman wayter; (ii) Richard Moorer, citizen and grocer of London Reciting: - R6/5/2/6; - R6/5/2/7 Operative Part - (i) would cause William Francklyne and Thomas Sapp to release (a)-(c) to (ii) on redemption of the £200 mortgage in R6/5/2/8 Property: (a) The Rose, Bedford, Saint Paul's in the occupation of Richard Gale; (b) a messuage in the occupation of Richard Gale "next adioyninge to the south side of the said messuage called the Rose & belongeth to the Hospitall of St John Baptist"; (c) a piece of ground in Bedford, Saint Paul's, between the King's highway N and E and the castle S formerly in the occupation of Robert Paradyne now Widow Kendall Witnesses: - Richard Greene, scrivener - Robert King, servant to Richard Greene; - William Lewindon, servant to Richard Greene The deed is annotated on the dorse: "Counter part of the [blank but presumably R6/5/2/8] A regrant from Mitchelson to Moorer for the payment of £200 wherein Mitchelson covenants that Francklyne and Sapp shall assigne upon payment of £200 to such presents as Moorer shall direct"
