New Burlington St. Condolence on behalf of self and Mr. Capron on loss. We did not hear of you being called down to Brighton until too late to offer accommodation. Much concerned to hear that Mrs. Dawson was so ill. Pray come and stay with Miss Wade Gery (This is not deposited at the Record Office - for information only.)
