Reciting:
- DC/NB/E409/1;
- (ii) had paid £30 to Joseph Aurelius Weston, auctioneer, as deposit for (a);
- (ii) had agreed with (iii) to transfer to him the benefit of the sale contract if he paid him £130;
- (iii), by direction of (ii), had paid £270 into Chancery for the credit of the account called Re W. Jarvis deceased, Arnold v. Jarvis 1915 J. No. 1918"
