- Scope and ContentMr William Lovell of Totternhoe, labourer aged 74 says that he worked for elizabeth pratt, widow and her late husband Thomas Pratt (died Junly 1822) and for his father Thoma Pratt who died about January 1802, for fifty three years and upwards on their farm at Totternhoe and is well acquainted with the open field lands and boundaries. He believe that the farm formerly belonged to John miller some time of Dunstable of whom Thomas Pratt rented the farm and afterwards purchased it in or about 1800. Then lists property in the common or open fields.
