- Scope and Content(Recital by orders of Chancery in cause there between Isaac & Godfrey Milner, infants by their next friend Chas. Colmore decd., & Ann Colmore plaintiffs, and Thos. Colmore, merchant and wife Ann defendents., £4520 South Sea Annuity Stock bought by (ii) being then worth £5000, on trust to allow Chas. Colmore to receive dividends for life, then to his wife Ann for life, then to children. Reference to Declaration of trust of 3 August, 1732 between (ii) and Chas. & Ann Colmore. Recital of Chancery Order of 17 May, 1735 (obtained on petition of (iii) & children, William, Charles, & Richard Colmore) shewing trusts of declaration (above), Chas. Colmore's death, and that (iii) had decided that annuity should be sold and money re-invested in mortgage for £5000 proposed by (i). Recites annuities sold for £4702-15-6d. Recites (iii) has pd. (ii) £297-4-6d.) land etc. as in AD2901-2, except moiety of Rectory & Tithes of Southill agreed to be conveyed to Lord Torrington; 3 cottages with closes & appurts. bought by (i) of Abraham Pierson. (Everything to use of (ii) in trust for (iii) & children, except: Broom Farm House occupied by Thos. Williamson at rent of £60 p.a., moiety of rectory & tithes of Broom - rent £22 p.a - and Broom Farm Cottages to use of (i). (iv) to receive anuity of £100 for life.) Witd.: Hen. Morris (clerk of Jn.
