    three acres arable land in Totternhoe, together with all the quarry or quarries of stones in or under the same, and free liberty to "digge, cutt, hewe have and take all and everie the Freestones and other stones in, or under the same land, and to commit anie wast or spoyle whatsoever therein" two acres lie in the West field and are called the Mill Piece, and part is in the tenure of William Harbert and the rest is in the tenure of Michael Mouse half acres are called Buttes in or under part of them is a quarry of stones, the land of Sir Thomas Pope Blunte lying between the said Buttes one land or half an acres lies on Drapers Way, both of which half acres are in tenure Michael Mouse also the yearly rent of 21 shillings due from William Harbert and Michael Mouse Covenants against claims by William Sandis Esq. sometime owner of the premises or by Dame Elizabeth Sandis his mother, or assignes of Sir Edwyn Sandis late father of said William or by heirs of Myles Sandis esquire deceased.
