Recites: - Indenture dated 29 Sept 1773 between Richard Gotteridge of Dunstable, yeoman surviving executore of William Fossey, draper and Thomas Munn, which in turn recites back to 1619, and concerns 7 acres and 3 roods in the fields of Totternhoe. - Will of Thomas Munn dated 16 December 1786. - Will of John Munn dated 7 May 1803, proved 1806. - Maria Hunt survived her husband and died intestate in 1848.
