-- To Mr John Pedley of Potton all leasehold houses & lands in parish of Sandy as trustee that daughter Anne Fennell shall receive rents for life. After her death to be conveyed to daughter Mary, wife of Wm. Edwards. -- To daughter Anne Fennell for life, then to Mary Edwards all freehold lands in Sandy. -- To grandchildren Mary, Wm., & Eliz. - children of daughter Eliz. Lenton decd. £5 each to be paid by M. Edwards 1yr. after decease of sister A. Fennell. Personal estate to latter. Executrix.: Mary Edwards Attached: Letters of Administration to Wm. Edwards of Sutton of 5 July, 1756.
