After decease of John & Ann Blane leasehold to their daughter Susannah; from these she is to pay to his nephew Wm. Whitfield (son of brother Wm. Whitfield decd.) 40/- & to Wm.'s son Robt. (great nephew) £5 when 15 and to Wm. Whitfield, son of late nephew Robt. Whitfield decd., 20/-, and to Hannah Sutton daughter of Edwd. Sutton 20/-. Personal estate to J. Blane. Executor: Jn.
