Killingworth. -- parcel of land in Girtford bought by Thomas Single senior deceased of John Tingey - 3/8th. acre abutting east Churchway, west the Highway. -- 2 half-acres Girtford in Edward Holme abutting west the River and in Sandy Holme abutting west Crompbell Nook, east the Hawes. (Note: together with the 9acres in AD2787-8, these make up the 10 acres of AD2753-4) -- Hams Pightle in Mead Field (see AD2773-4, and AD2787-88) (Recital of AD2790. Use of (ii). Agreement that (i) shall surrender to Lord of the Manor of Girtford cottage called 'The Blue Lion' with close adjoining in Girtford to which (i) was admitted tenant on 8 June, 1753, to use of (ii) Witd.: Jas.
