- Scope and ContentRecites that Dame Dorothy, by virture of her marriage settlement is entitled to £600 p.a. out of lands of Sir Humphrey, in lieu of which she has agreed to accept lands hereinafter mentioned, for life. Maye, John Cooper, Fra. Hurst, Tho. Atkins and Ric. Brittaine; messuage or farmhouse in Stanford, Soutill, occupied by - Caton, widow; messuage and lands in Cardington occupied by Wm. Osbourne and John Johnson; messuage and lands in Turvey late occupied by Tho. Sanders, now Wm. Alibone; messuages, cotts., and lands in Wootton occupied by Jos. Lancaster, Steph. Taylor, Wm. Bass, Wm. Somerlin, John Roe, Ambr. Whitbread, Edw. Albany, Arnett Park and Mary Puton widow. with reservation to Sir Humph. of all timber. Witns. Ambr. Reddall, Tho. Reddall.
