Grant: John Fayre of Flitwick, yeoman, to his son Edmund Fayre of Dunstable, mercer. - The messuage in which he dwells at Dennell ende between the tenements of George Collop in occupation of John Wood, and William Sybley, in occupation of Thomas Odell; also 34½ acres land in the Fields, and 6 acres meadow in Stanyate mede, and l rood meadow in Church end mede; to the sole use of him and his heirs. Witnesses: Henry Collop, Thomas Odell, Richard Coke, Anthony Maynad.
