    Revokes former wills. Has settled on daughter Dorothy Randes lands and tenements, intending her to have £400 portion; to daughter Dorothy:- -cottage in Radwell in occupation Thomas Barber, formerly in occupation Thomas Allen, -close of pasture in Radwell called Nether Howe, which premises were conveyed to testator by Oliver Easton, gent., -title in close called Further Pilcroft, formerly mortgaged to testator's brother Saunders, -close called the Pilcroft. If testator's son pays £400 within 1 year after her death, daughter Dorothy to make over all above premises to him. 40s to poor of Felmersham, Residue to son Oliver Randes.
