    To be buried near his father. To wife Rebecca, bedding and furniture of the best chamber, and her own plate, goods and furniture, and the use of all other household goods, during minority of such son as shall he heir at law. To poor of Eversholt £3. To poor of Lidlington 40s. To wife all free lands in Eversholt for life, which are settled on her in a deed of settlement granting uncle Tho. annuity of £40. To eldest son Ambrose - freehold lands and messuages in Eversholt, except wife's interest; also messuage in Lidlington and pasture belonging, late occupied by Edw. Page; also all leasehold lands in Eversholt. To 2nd son Ricard - messuage and lands in Lidlington and Marston occupied by John Cooke gent., paying thereout £300 to daughter Lydia and the £15 p.a. with which it is charged to brother Richard. To son Thomas - property in Northampton. To daughter Mary at 21 or marriage £400. To son Thomas at 21 £250, £100 of which may be used to apprentice him if necessary before 21. If wife marries again or died while children are under age, properties in trust for them to Geo. Baker of Cranfield gent., uncle Thomas Reddall, brother in law John Bedcott, and brother Thomas. To trustees and to sister Mary Bedcott, 20s. to buy them rings. Overseers of will: Tho. Christy of Bedford gent., and Tho. Gregory of Woburn Abbey gent., Kinsmen. Exor. wife. Wtns. John Gregory, Ambr. Whitbread, Ambr. Gregory. 20 Aug.1668 Codicil: Geo. Barker is dead, Kinsman Steph. Whitbread is appointed in his place and given 20s. for a ring. To wife £20 for funeral and £10 for mourning. To Benj. Meade and Jud. Poulton 10 s. each. To John Reddall and Mary Rance 5s. To Ric. Gray, Abra. Plumer and Wm. Lawford 'my workman' 5s. Wtns. Tho.
