of Gabriel Fowler of Tilsworth, esq., deceased), Richard Button of Wootton, esq.,Gabriel Pedder & John Welles, both of Tilsworth, yeomen. - An annuity of £5 from a close of past. in Tilsworth called the Brach, cont. 16 ac.,in occupation of Richard Theede. [Recites that Mary Willoughby is desirous of providing for ""the inhabitants of Tilsworth a preaching minister for the preaching of God's word in the parish Church""; that this rent-charge is purchased from Sir Anthony for £50; & is vested in the grantees & their heirs & assigns, as trustees for the payment of the sum to ""the vicar or curate""].
