Lockey with so much of the yard etc. as he occupies; certain buildings called the Row of Houses now converted into cottages also occupied Wm. Lockey; moiety of Woodend close now bounded by a quickset hedge with moiety of the hedge and ditch, occupied by Wm. Lockey; other parts of messuage called the Myll house occupied by Tho. Juggins, with so much of the yard etc. that he holds; moiety of Woodend close etc. occupied by Juggins. Property occupied by Lockey, to use of son Humph. Property occupied by Juggins to use of self; Rents of moiety of messuage occupied by Lockey to Agnes for life. Agreed not to turn the watercourse running from the dwelling house of Wm. Lockey 'in such sort as the same maie be a nusance or annoyance' to the part occupied by Juggins.
