    Recites Will of Ralph Bromsall father of party hereto, devising remainder of personal estate to trustees until son Ralph should be 21, in trust to pay debts etc. and to raise £2,000 and £500 for his 2 daughters and £1,500 for any future child. He died leaving Ralph, Frances and Margaret, and son Owen Thomas born posthumously. Ralph agreed with Fra. Brace sr. to pay legaces to brother and sisters which he did 15 June last. Fra. is 21, Margt. has married Tho. Crouch of London mercht. Owen owes Ralph £1,700 on a mortgage of lands in Wroxon (?Roxton). Wm. Faldo of Bedford, coalmerchant owes Ralph £400 on a mortgage of lands in Bedford. Tho. Crouch has agreed to accept money owing from Owen in part payment. Fra. accepts money owing from Faldo in part payment. Ralph is indebted to John Borrett esq., Prothonotary of common Pleas in £1,000 on a staute staple.There are rents owing to him from his tenants. -- all mess. and Lands in Bedford, Clapham, Thurleigh, Blunham, Sandy and Girtford, and all arrears of rent and money due. On trust to raise money to pay legacies etc.
