Sandy-Stratford way, SW. the lane to the Burnt Ground, land of Humph. Monoux on both sides; ' corner of a ground' in Sandy, occ. John Cooper, lying betwen a barn of John Cooper and the fence that devides the ground of Lewis Monoux that he bought of John Sellis and the ground of Humph. Monoux which he bought of John Sutton, occ. Jos. Shepard, and from the street on the W. to the fence on the opposite side eastward 20 yards one way and 15 the other; also all that other corner of the same ground lying in a line from the walnut trees growing by the side of the sd. fence to the post at the corner of the churchyard wall lying by the side of the aforesaid ground of Humph.
