    (1) Sir Wm. Poulett kt. and w. Dame Agnes, dau. of Lady Katren Haward decd. and one of the coheirs of John Broughton esq. decd. (2) John Taylor of Sandy yeom. - -'harbaige, sleight, feading for shepe called the Lord's Shepgayte' in Sandy Heath; also the heath 'used to be letten to farm in Sandy'; 'quarries of stone in the Warren and waste of Sandy called the lord's Quarries; John Taylor may ' break, dig and delve' in the warren and waste for finding out any other quarries of stone. Also all the 'shrounds and loppes of all those their willows, growing in the wastes, commons, fens and dikes of their manor of Sandy'; fishings and all waters and streams in Sandy from Stratford Mill to Girtford bridge, except the fishings of the Mill Ponds and dams; all which were lately occ. by Tho. Dood, now by John Taylor. Covenants: 'that John Taylor shall permit all the customary tenements (sic) of the said Sir Wm. and Dame Agnes of their manor of Sandy to dig draw take and have in the said quarries to and for the repairng and maintenance of their tenements so many loads of stones as they shall have need of paying John Taylor 8d. for the drawing or digging of every load'; Taylor is not to lop the willows 'at unseasonable times'.
