Residue of payment under Chancery decree, see GY6/1
(i) William Gery of Bushmead, esquire
(ii) William Dyer, esquire, administrator of Sir Lodovic Dyer, late of Great Staughton, baronet, deceased
(iii) Richard Sherwyn of St. Paul, Covent Garden, gentleman Assignment of the manor and site of the late dissolved priory of Bushmead; messuages and lands in Eaton Socon, Roxton, Colmworth, Barford, Keysoe and Bolnhurst.
Recites:- Richard Gery, deceased, was possessed of the remainder of a term of 300 years (see GY2/3) granted by William Gery esquire, deceased, to his son William Gery;
he (20 Feb. 1632/3) assigned to trustees (see GY3/2); of these, Nicholas Francklin died, Sir Robert Carr resigned, and on 9 July 1659 the others assigned to Thomas Gery esquire (see GY3/2), now Sir Thomas Gery, knight; from which Sir Thomas Gery the premises by several mesne assignments (not recited) are vested in Richard Sherwyn;
Richard Sherwyn has paid William Dyer £403 15s. in discharge of £1,014 decreed by Chancery 7 July 1673 (Sir Lodovic & William Dyer, complainants, versus William Gery & Sir Thomas Gery)
