24 Feb.1699/1700 reciting purchase of property as in 1597, which conveyance Sam. Thomson could not
perform because it was mortgaged to Edw. Strode esq;
Dec. 1691 equity of redemption ganted to sons Robt., Sam., & Jos.)
Robt. Thomson has agreed to purch. estate and discharge it of encumbrances, except mortgage now assigned to Josh. Lomax.
He will not sell estate until it is new let.
He makes Robt. Squire his attorney to raise the rents which are now £534; latter shall have half of whatever above £7,500 estate makes.
