    (i) Francis, Viscount Valentia behalf of self & children George, Peter, Robt., Katherine Annesley (being under age), Jn., Anne, & Jane Annesley (full age) on own behalf. (ii) Arthur Annesley esq. son and heir apparent. 'hereas divers controversyes, debates & differences have already been moved & may yett arrise betweene some or all of the said pertyes by reason of the manyfold intricacyes crossings and oppositions...that manyfoldly appeare in the severall Conveyances of the estates of the said Viscount Valentia & Arthur Annesley... which it hath been and is the earnest desire of the said Viscount Valentia & Arthur Annesley to remove and reconcile according to Justice and good Conscience for prevention of tedious and wastinge suites and unkindnesses...' Settling includes for all younger brothers and sisters & marraige portions for daughters secured on property in Ireland and various Bonds for money owed to Viscount Valentia & Arthur Annesley (Viscount Valentia formerly described as Sir Francis Annesley & Francis, Lord Mountnorris).
