Beginning "We are induced by the present interruption of the correspondence with the U.E.C. [Elders' Conference of the Unity] to present to our Brethen and Single sisters in the English and Irish Congregations a report of what has come to our knowledge.. to supply the want of the communication of the weekly accounts from the U. E. C..... These reports will be continued monthly, as long as the present state of affairs lasts."
