Marbyry from King James: purchase of parsonage in fee farm. Thos. Marbyry to Clement East of Southill : sale of parsonage. Clement East to Oliver Boteler esq. : mortgage for £1000: pd. £200 for 9 yrs., then sold the part bel. to Gastlins, charged with part of fee farm rent. Clem. East to Humphrey Fyshe and Edw, Kent: Southill parsonage - house and grounds with tithe of Southill and Broome, glebe land, meadow. Clem. East to Nicholas East. (brother) : Stanford tithe, part of said parsonage. Edw. Kent to Jn. Whisteler: his share of par-ho. and closes, reserving right to pars. barn and garner. Hum. Fyshe to Jn.
