S.Freman to have power 'presently to turne in what catle he pleaseth' to enclosures & to enter to plough land. 3. S.Freman to pay £405 at time of sealing covenants before 9 Feb. next, £22 in gold already delivered in earnest: to secure residue (£300) to make a lease of the premises for 99 yrs., proviso to pay within 4 mnths. 4.
