- - Farm occ. by M.Neale in Leagrave & 250 ac. land, cottage at Limbury occ. by Thos. Peacock, cottage at Biscot occ. by Thos. Chapman. (saving all timber trees, fruit trees, bodies of all pollard trees, right to hunt, hawk & fish).
'R.Raymond, B.Filmer & E.Northey shall cause all the Tyling belonging to the said messuage... to be sufficiently repaired & the wall of the hen-house by boarding the same where needfull, & set up new posts poles & rails from the corner of the hen house to the hedge there, and board the end of the lower story of the barne called the oate barne & repaire the underpininge of the backside of the stable, ... and cause a new gate & stile to be made & sett up at the said cottage at Limbury & lay a New floor over head in the
said cottage at Biscott.'
