Reciting: Assignment of mortgage 19 May 1840, reciting that 2. had assigned mortgage terms of 1000 £ 500 yrs to Thomas Gadsden & Thomas Twidell, to secure £200 + interest, & later they had called in mortgage of £150 (£50 being paid off), & 1. had agreed to take over the mortgage.
Redemption of mortgage:
