Attended funeral of Mr. Goleborn. end: letter from brother, Henry. Has been rapid decline of influenza in Turvey so thinks money Charles sent will not be needed. Mary has been very ill and Dr. Witt gave her an emetic. Cannot ferret today as too wet. Wm. Dalley and Eliz. Bamford bad, both attended by Godfrey. Ezra Reynolds has attack of ague. Discusses treatment of Jos. Wardings two girls who are also ill. Ann Wooding getting better Rebec. Tysoe very ill. Poachers outrageous, some youths have pushed down part of school wall and gatepost. The Pridmore's pleaded hard for their son but writer said he would not be forgiven if he continued to keep bad company like Wm. French and Silas Tysoe. Eliz. Coles still alive, Molly Sergeant comfortable.
